The Atlas Project is guided by a team of people united by their love for Atlas and a shared belief that no family should face sudden child loss without a place to turn to. Each board member brings their own gifts, experience, and personal connection to this mission. Atlas made an impact in their lives, and our board members know that the families we serve need support after the devastating loss of a child to SUDC.
The Atlas Project Board Members

Adil Yamin
Founder and President
Adil is passionate about raising awareness for SUDC, supporting families navigating life after loss, and helping drive research that may one day provide answers for families like his own.
Outside of his foundation work, Adil is a business leader with extensive experience building relationships, leading teams, and creating growth opportunities. Above all, he considers being a dad his most important role, and The Atlas Project is a reflection of the love, hope, and lasting impact Atlas continues to have on those who knew him and beyond.
His personal philosophy is captured in three simple words:
"YOU GET TO."
A perspective rooted in gratitude for life's opportunities and a reminder never to take a single day for granted.

Ryan Brock
Director of Operations
Ryan Brock serves as the Director of Operations for the Foundation, bringing a passion for strategic planning, organizational excellence, and a deep commitment to supporting families navigating unimaginable loss.
Ryan’s connection to the Foundation is profoundly personal. As one of Atlas’s honorary uncles and one of his parents’ closest lifelong friends, Ryan experienced firsthand the joy, light, and love that Atlas brought into the lives of everyone who knew him. Although Atlas’s life was far too short, his impact was immeasurable. Ryan considers it both a privilege and a responsibility to help carry forward Atlas’s legacy by supporting families affected by Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood (SUDC) and advancing awareness, research, and compassionate care.
Serving on the Board is Ryan’s way of honoring Atlas’s legacy and standing beside the families who now walk a path no parent should ever have to endure. He believes that by building a strong Foundation, Atlas’s name will continue to represent hope, compassion, and a commitment to advancing awareness, supporting research, and ensuring that no family has to face this journey alone.
